Welcome to Tokyo, hope newcomers are enjoying your residences that you have chosen and the neighborhood. Halloween is soon approaching and yes, this event has become very popular among the children and young adults.

Step out from your comfortable residence from any of the Homats such as Homat Sharon, Virginia, Ambassador or other apartment or single standing homes. Around your neighborhood you will find trick or treaters knocking on your door on Halloween early evening, stocking up with some treats as they will be coming. Just like if you were in the US, children dress up carrying their treat bags, which is probably more popular here then the US. Many of the apartment residents organize a trick or treating event on their own.

Try venturing out to Shibuya Scramble Crossing the weekend before Halloween and on the day, October 31, 2022. The street party was filled with people in homemade costumes or bought ones from Daiso or Don Quijote. Even Tokyu Hands and Loft have much to offer.

Roppongi Hills has a parade on October 29 and 30. Every year there is a theme, go and find out, should be fun as it is always well organized.

Then there is the Cosplay festival in Ikebukuro, held on the last weekend of October. Located right in front of the station and Sunshine City. There will probably be some live entertainment from around noon.

Don’t forget Disneyland and Disey Sea, yes with its parade and events, starting from October 15, 2022.
